I am a PhD candidate in Management with a focus in Organizational Behavior at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. My research broadly addresses justice and equity at work and reflects both societal and organizational influences. I examine how these elements shape employee attitudes, well-being, and behaviors, using a variety of methodologies: field and online surveys and experiments; archival datasets; natural-language processing, topic modeling, and LLM-based textual analysis; and various qualitative approaches.

Prior to my academic pursuits at Wharton, I was an International Payroll and Implementation Specialist at CloudPay Solutions and a tutor for UNC's Athletic Support Program in Spanish, Portuguese, and psychology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, singing, playing the piano, some light photography (check my other tab for some surprises). I hold an M.S. in Management from Wharton and graduated with highest honors from UNC with a B.S. in Psychology and Neuroscience and a second major in Portuguese.
